Bluebeam Revu 21 Trial Activation

Updated: Nov 14

Having trouble getting Bluebeam Revu 21 Trial to work? Why is everything greyed out in Bluebeam Revu? Bluebeam has changed their licensing model where each license is linked to an individual email address / Bluebeam ID. This means that to activate a free 14-day trial of Revu 21 requires some additional steps to get it working. Follow these steps to get your trial working:

Start by visiting the registration page:https://www.bluebeam.com/trials/

Enter your email and press “Try it Free”

Fill out these fields and click “Next” x2

Click checkbox and select “Start My Trial”

Check your email inbox for an email from do-not-reply@bluebeamops.com

Click on the “Verify my Account” button.

When you first launch Revu 21 it should ask you to sign in with your Bluebeam ID. As long as you registered for a trial, once you sign in, it will activate the software.

If it doesn’t ask you to sign in, look at the top right of the Bluebeam Revu screen. If it has your email address, then you are signed it. If it says ‘Sign In’, then click on that and sign in.
